Referral Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for referral payments through our Associate Program, the client you refer must become a paying client.

Payment Information Submission

To receive referral payments, you must be prepared to submit a completed W-9 form and information to receive payments via QuickBooks® Online. This step is essential for us to process your payments efficiently and comply with tax regulations. Ensuring your financial details are up to date will help avoid any delays in receiving your well-earned referral payments.

Identify business owners that need help.

You’ll know it when you hear it. Maybe you’re out to lunch or at a business meeting and you hear someone talking about challenges they're facing in their business. They might sound exhausted or overwhelmed. This may be a good opportunity to refer them to our firm.

It’s fast and easy. Use the form to submit your referral. We’ll contact your referral, mention that you referred us, and attempt to schedule a discovery with them at a time convenient for them.

You receive 10% of the client's monthly retainer payment.

When we get paid, you get paid. When a referral becomes a client you will receive your payment via direct deposit. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can provide us.

Payments continue for the life of the contract.

We take referrals seriously. When someone refers a client to us, you will benefit from that referral for as long as they are a client. Even if they stop working with us and then resume, your referral payments will start again.

Estimated Earnings

If an Associate refers 10 clients, each at our base monthly retainer of $3,500, they would earn 10% of each retainer. This means they would earn $350 per client per month.

For 10 clients, this totals $3,500 per month or more.

For 20 clients, this totals $7,000 per month or more.

No Cap On Potential Earnings

There is no cap on the number of referrals an Associate can make. Most Associates are able to refer at least 10 clients within 12 to 18 months. As we bring more value to the clients and increase their retainers, your earnings will also increase, since you will always receive 10% of the client's monthly retainer.

No sales is required.

As an Associate, you don't have to sell our services. Your role is simply to introduce business owners who need help to our team. We will handle the entire discovery process, ensuring that each business owner receives the help they need. Your task is to identify and introduce business owners who could benefit from our expertise, and we'll take care of the rest.

Business owners can be identified through various channels such as social media, networking events, and even through your own clients who may need more help than you can or want to offer. The key is leveraging your personal connections to find business owners who may benefit from our services. As an Associate, your network and relationships are your greatest assets in identifying potential clients.
